Tim and his technicians helped bring new life to
our 1999 Ford Taurus
with 139,000 miles on it. Not only did Tim and

job of replacing our rear struts (at a great
price), they also gave
me honest information about the status of the
front struts. Tim
saved us money with honest up front choices, did
great work and
picked me up from work and dropped me back off
at work. Tim and his
team also let me know what to expect for future
maintenance of the
Taurus and advised me what not to spend (or
waist) money on. They

I broke down on I-75 on a Sunday afternoon. The
State Police
Trooper that came do my assistance let me know
that Automotive
Authority was open and could probably fix my
vehicle the same day.
They did everything for me; arranged for the tow
and even drove me
to a restaurant so I could feed my family and
relax. Within two
hours they had us back on the road for a price
that was considerably
less that what my dealer would have charged.
They were honest,
showed my how my alternator failed and showed me
the completed job.
Honesty and transparency are things I don't
normally associate with
